The booking is confirmed once we have received a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the booking, for a minimum of 1 night, at least 72 working days between the date of the start of the stay and confirmation of the booking from ourselves. In the case of no deposit having been received within the time limit specified and no confirmation of reception from ourselves, the booking will not be valid.
The deposit cheque will not be cashed before the date of the planned stay.
Should the time limit not permit the sending and receipt of the deposit, we will accept an email confirming the date of the booking and your full details. Following confirmation of this booking from ourselves, the room will be booked and you will be invoiced accordingly.
During the 30 days preceeding the booking, we will consider any booking cancellation, for whatever reason, and the room will be available for a new booking as soon as we will have received confirmation of the cancellation. Once the room is rebooked, we will return the deposit as soon as possible. If the room is not rebooked, it will be fully invoiced (deposit and outstanding amount. Before the 30 days, we will return the deposit once the confirmation of the cancellation has been received.
